We operate across the entire Greater Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. If you’re unsure, just ask, we’ll confirm if one of our sitters is available near you.
Yes! We offer a free meet-and-greet so you (and your pets) can get to know your assigned sitter before the first booking.
You can book via our website form, WhatsApp, phone, or email. Once we confirm availability, we’ll match you with a sitter and schedule your meet-up.
Pet Care
We look after dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, and more! If it lives in your home and needs love while you’re away, we’ve got it covered.
Yes. Several of our team members are experienced in administering medication, including oral meds and injections. Just let us know the details when you book.
Yes, depending on your request. You can add a short walk to any check-in, or book a full walk separately.
House Sitting
Overnight stays include feeding, pet care, light tidying, plant watering, and a sitter sleeping over to keep your home secure and pets comfortable.
Yes, if you book a full-time stay (as opposed to just overnight), the sitter will be based in your home throughout the day and night.
Absolutely! These extras are part of what we do to help your home feel lived-in and cared for.
Trust & Safety
Yes. Every sitter on our team has passed a police clearance check for your peace of mind.
We take every precaution, and our sitters are briefed on pet and property safety. We can also refer you to short-term insurance options if you’d like extra cover.
We have a team of 8 sitters, so we’ll make sure a trusted backup is assigned if something unexpected comes up.
Booking & Cancellations
As early as possible, especially for school holidays and long weekends. Last-minute bookings are welcome too, subject to availability.
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are fully refundable. Short-notice cancellations may incur a small fee, depending on the situation.
We accept EFT, SnapScan, and cash. A 50% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due on the first day of service.
